How many days do I have to return an item?

You have 30 calendar days from the date your package was delivered to request a return.

What can be returned?

To qualify for a refund, items must be unused and in their original packaging. We understand that sometimes a product arrives with a defect or damage. In those cases, or if we made a mistake with your order, please contact us right away—we will accept the return even if the packaging has been opened.

Is there any cost to send something back?

No. Returns are entirely free. We provide a prepaid return shipping label and we never charge restocking fees. You will not be out of pocket for sending an item back.

How do I start a return?

Send an email to info@rhoodeskiin.it.com and include your order number along with a brief note about why you are returning the item. We will reply with a prepaid label and simple instructions.

When will I get my money back?

After your return is delivered to us and inspected, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal). Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take an additional 7–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Can I exchange instead?

We are unable to process direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase for a full refund and place a new order on the website.

I received a damaged or incorrect product.
