When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday). To have your order processed the same day, it must be placed before 5:00 PM EST. Orders received after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. At this time we do not offer international shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is always free on every order. There is no minimum purchase and no hidden handling fees.
Which carrier will deliver my package?
All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). We do not use alternative carriers. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number.
How long will delivery take?
Once your order has been processed, estimated transit time is 3–5 business days within the continental United States. Deliveries to remote areas may require an additional 1–2 business days.
What about weekends and holidays?
We do not process or hand off packages on Saturdays, Sundays, or federally recognized U.S. holidays. Business days are defined as Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.
What if something goes wrong with delivery?
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, reach out to us at info@rhoodeskiin.it.com and we will work with USPS to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
